PiattoUnico is an Italian artwork project born in 2015. To select, separate, dedicate the right time and attention, mend and reinvent. PiattoUnico reinterprets Historic ceramic home wares with vintage illustrations belonging to our collective imagination. Every day ceramics, made in Italy by notable factories of the XIX-XX centuries, which survived time and inattention, are transformed in unique pieces through a one-of-a-kind combination between shape and illustration, balancing content with decoration. Our works are all unique, 100% handmade, numbered pieces. The vintage ceramic base has been originally signed with the trademark of the manufacturer.
